What's included in the rent?
Wi-Fi, utilities, storage, laundry, parking, product, cleaning of the spaces, and 24/7 access with your own keypad code.
Can I bring my own products?
Yes — product is included, but you're welcome to bring and use your own.
What are the access hours?
Renters have 24/7 access with their own keypad code, every day of the week.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking on site for you and your clients.
Is the first week really free?
Yes. Your first week in the studio is free; weekly rent starts in week 2. You only pay the $100 deposit when you sign.
How does the deposit work?
You pay a $100 deposit when you sign to hold your space. After your first week, it's refunded or put toward your rent.
How long do I have to stay?
There's a 3-month minimum. After that, just give 2 weeks' notice.
How do I give notice?
Tell Seng in writing at least 2 weeks before you plan to leave.
